A BIT ABOUT US...

We’re Zoë & Emily, best friends since school!!

We grew up together in Leicester UK and quickly found a shared love for the gym whilst we were at college, realising the positive effects it had on us, not only physically but mostly on our mental health! 

Movement slowly became medicine for us in so many ways and we wanted to find ways to share this feeling with the people around us. We started documenting workouts and videos online for a small group of friends to follow and find inspiration. Fast forward 4 years and we now get to help thousands of people find a way of movement that suits them and their individual needs.

It has been a passion of ours since starting this journey to make health and fitness accessible & affordable to everyone which is why we are here today with train your way. Because fitness SHOULD be accessible for everyone…
